Nimitz Way seems to be the continuation of the Bay Area Ridge Trail...

From here, there are magnificent view of the Berkley/Oakland area to the East...

And Mt Diablo to the West...

Nimitz Way is paved and wide...

Trail: Meadows Canyon Trail - Loop Road - Jewel Lake Trail - Sylvan Trail - Wildcat Peak Trail - Laurel Canyon Trail - Bay Area Ridge Trail - Nimitz Way
