Joaquin Miller Park - Trailhead

From the park website...
Enter Joaquin Miller Park and you will quickly forget that you are minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the City. Hikers, equestrians, and bicyclists regularly frequent the 500-acre park just 9 miles from downtown Oakland. Its rustic woodland trails lead you through redwood groves and oak woodlands and across lush creek sides and wet meadows

That's a really huge tree trunk...

Trail: Sunset Trail - Sequoia-Bayview Trail - Chaparral Trail - Cinderela Trail - Sunset Trail - Sinawik Trail - Sinawik Loop Trail - Bishop Trail - Sanborn Road

Next,  Sunset Trail...

Big thanks to Joaquin Miller Park and Bay Area Hiker
